"My daughter is 5 years old and she's neurodivergent. As a parent, I already know that I have to modify how I teach her new skills and I was very excited to try “Shoe Tying Made Simple.” I played the song for her and she was singing it for a week straight! When we got the teaching sneaker, she looked at the instructions and started working on it by herself. I helped her a little with holding the laces once or twice and that was it! She got it within a few hours on her own. I absolutely loved watching her learn and talk to herself about the yellow and blue laces. The contrasting colors helped her know exactly where to put the laces every time. "I just got the Teaching Sneaker the other day AND I loved the packaging! The flat box with the shoe on the outside was cute and I knew exactly what it was. The shoe is great! I have a 5-year-old and she immediately grabbed it from me and practiced shoe-tying on it. My 4-year-old is now anxious to learn (as long as she gets to use "mommy's big shoe").

The Shoe-Tying rhyme worked like a charm! I am so proud of my son and he is proud of himself as well.

We used Kelly’s shoe-tying system to teach our three children and they all had fun learning to tie their shoes. The different colored laces made it easy for them to follow the instructions.

I couldn’t believe it! My 6 ½ year old son had gotten so frustrated with trying to tie his shoes that we quit! Then Kelly told me about her book. My youngest son is now on the last step and I know it will be a matter of days until he is tying his own shoes. My older son picked up the steps in just two days! They are both so proud of their accomplishments.

The Shoe Tying Made Simple approach made the chore of learning to tie shoes an easy and fun process. My six-year-old loved to look at the pictures and do it herself.
