Requirements

To make your return transaction is a smooth-flowing process, here are some requirements you need to comply with to make you eligible for returns.

Non-Digital Products

Junction of Function will accept returns within thirty days of the customer’s order date. All returned items must be in unused, saleable condition. Each return must include:

• A copy of the packing slip or the returns processing form with the item(s) and quantity being returned marked
• Reason for return (damage, wrong item, duplicate, other)
• Your request for an account credit, refund, or exchange

Digital Products

Junction of Function will grant refunds on digital products within the first thirty days of the customer’s order date for products that have not been activated. You should expect your refund within four weeks.

Refunds

You will receive a full refund for each item returned in unused, saleable condition. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of receipt of your return.
